Q: I just signed up and unfortunately entered my email wrong. Now I can't sign up because my name is already in use. Can you help?
A: Go to the “Contact Us” page and tell us the email you put in and your correct email. We will change it.

Q: I've tried to sign up but a time's up thing pops up immediately. What's going on?
A: One possible reason is that your browsers cookie settings are set at high security. Try lowering your security settings. If you are still experiencing problems please visit the “Contact Us” page.

Q: I joined your club and you were supposed to email me to authorize my log in and I haven't yet received it. What's up?
A: Check the spam/ bulk folder in your email. If you still have not received it, visit our “Contact Us” page and enter your information. We will send you another activation email.

Q: Everytime I try to log in, it says login failed, user name not found.
A: Be certain that the information you are entering is correct. If it is, visit the “Contact Us” page and send us an email describing your problem. We will send you instructions to fix the problem.

Q: I try to log in and it just keeps on saying logging in...
A: Hit refresh on your browser. If that doesn’t help then hit stop on your browser, open a new browser and try again.

Q: I am not a member, but I want to log on to see photos......
A: You must be a member to access that function. Click the "Sign Up" link on the first page of the site to register and gain access.

Q: How do I post a picture?
A: Go to the "Add Photos" section and choose a category, and subcategory. Once you have done that, simply browse to the folder where your image is located on your computer and select it and the path will show up in the text box. Click the "Upload" button and your picture will appear in the "Today’s Photos" section and will automatically get one vote.

Q: What are Categories used for and how does voting work?
A: Categories are vital to the voting process. Once a picture is put into a category and subcategory, it gets a vote. Whenever you vote a picture into a category, make sure your voting it into subcategory as well as a category.

Q: How do you choose a user name?
A: When you sign up, there is a field labeled username, type in your username there and press "Submit".

Q: I registered on the forum and managed to post a note, but I did it under general discussion. How do I view replies?
A: All you have to do is go back to the question that you posted. If anyone has replied, you will see their reply right under your question. Also, you can post your question into the "Questions" category if you want, we wouldn't mind if you double posted.

Q: You sent me an email and said for me to post in the Forum. What does this mean? How do I post?
A: All you have to do is signup. Once you’ve signed up, click the link inside the site that says Forum and you will be automatically logged in. Once you are logged in, you will see the categories that you can post in. Simply select a category and then click "New Thread" and type your message or question and click submit. It will be added to the top of the category you chose to post it in. Then all you will have to do is wait for a reply.
